Reason For Upper Chest Pinching When Bending To The Left?

hello I have Gerd and for the last 3 days when I bend to the left and exhale all the way at the end of the breath I get a pinching in my upper chest/lower shoulder. I have been to cardiologist for a follow up EKG /Stress and Echo came back all fine. I have had a chest x-ray as well all were clear. It does not do this when I bend to the right. Any ideas?

Thank you

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Since your cardiac work up and chest x ray are normal, no need to worry for major heart or lung related diseases.
Chest pain on specific movement suggest possibility of musculoskeletal pain more.
So better to avoid movements causing pain. Avoid bad postures in sleep. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
Apply warm water pad on affected site.
Start painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
You will mostly improve in 1-2 weeks.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
