Received Stent, Angioplasty Done. Numbness, Burning In Leg For Years. Problem Of Pinched Nerve?

I just received a stent and angioplasty ,4 days ago in left artery . My right leg goes to sleep and starts burning so bad I will have to stop moving and sit down or a least elevate it and it will stop hurting. This has been going on for about 3 or 4 years, I just learned to deal with it. One of the nurses said it might be a pinched nerved what do you think? I so hoped that the angio has going help that too.
