hi i m 24 year married woman got married last 6 months i take advice from doctor to prevent pregnency i take femilon 21 tablet , so is that any side effects

Femilon is a hormonal oral contraceptive pill.
It is a combination of desogestrel and ethinylestradiol.
Like all hormonal pills even this has few side effects like:-
-Intermenstrual bleeding,
-Nausea, dizziness,vomiting, bloating, stomach cramps;
-Breast tenderness,
-Increased hair growth, loss of scalp hair;
-Weight gain;
-Increased vaginal itching or discharge;
-Changes in your menstrual periods, decreased sex drive.
These side effects are reversible and go away once you stop the pills so no reason to get worried.
