Hello,
Am sure your mother must be really tired of taking so many medicines. The treatment of migraine is now based on a preventive therapy and treating the acute episodes. If I may suggest, she could start taking tab flunerazine(fluner) ten mg in the night for about two to three months to start of with. For an acute episode. She may try tab paramet. Also let me know if she has wheeze. Then I could suggest another drug. If you do start on this therapy kindly let me know how she feels so that I can advise you appropriately. Take care.
Regards
Dr Aditya.
