Recommend Dosage Of Nsaid For Cervical Disc Prolapse

I ve cervical disc prolapse c5-c6&c6-c7 with nerve root compression causing left arm pain.without neurologic deficit. I was advised conservative treatment for 3 weeks.I want following to be clarified.1.does soft collar help?2.how long I can take NSAID?I am on diclofenec+paracetamol+muscle relaxant.with steroids Prednisolone 3clearly state at what dose,whether single dose or divided dose,duration of steroids.4,Role of PREGABALLIN drug?
