Recommend Medications For Itchy Dark Lips

I am 21 yrs old...im allergetic to sulphur.ibuproufen.norflox and all antibiotics all....but unknowingly I used them...now my lips got itching and then then they turned dark red swoollen n now they became dryy and black...very black..I cant go out with these...am crying...it took me 5 yrs to regain my old lips now I got tgis problem again....I cant live with this...plz suggest me a good medice to change them back to pink plzz doc

Hi.
As per your case history you are having cheilitis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply an emollient cream like Enmoist cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
