Recommend Treatment For Degenerative Disc Disease In Woman

I am 55 year old woman with degenerative disc disease ( have had 3 lumbar disc surgeries) and also had a Thoracic compression fracture due to Osteopoenia. I have recently had a c spine X ray showing mild to moderate changes ( a previous c spine x ray years ago showed a disc prolapse- no treatment given ).What is the likely treatment plan, I have not been reviewed by GP yet since x ray done
