Recommend Treatment For Hard Seroma With Joint Problems

I had a 1.8kilo adductor compartment sarcoma mass removed last august. I then developed a seroma that has been drained on 6 - 8 occasions. I am now experienccing mobility and joint problems. An ultrasound shows a large seroma (15 cms wide 8 cms deep) and 80% has hardened. what are the tratment options available please
