Recommend Treatment For Mild Pedal Edema

Sir I am 49 year Hindu male, serving as homeopathic medical officer in a state run dispensary. My USG report reveals multiple bilateral cysts maximum size being 38 mm. My Problem is mild pedal edema. No other clinical problem now. Past history of 3 episode of haematuria. Please suggest your opinion.
