Recommend Treatment For Patulous Eustachian Tube In The Ear

I have patulous Eustachian tube in my right ear, which was relieved with time but after very severe cough and cold again magnified my problem in my left ear and also I have started to feel mild symptoms of PET in my left ear too. I am very much scared thinking how will I cope up with problem in both ears. And this is making me very anxious and streeful.Was wondering if anybody could help me

Yes don't worry i can help you regarding your patulous eustacian tube episode in both eyes I am suggesting a transmitting infection from the right ear to the the left
In view of this please see an ENT specialist for further expect clinical assessment
Please do the following test

Audioscopy
Ear swab test
Meanwhile please take some antibiotics and hematinics pending the result of your text
