Recommend Treatment For Varicose Vein In Feet

I have the varicose vein problems in my feet. I am a 29 years old girl with a historical background of this problem in my family. I am using compression socks with 10 mmHg but the problem and pain does not go away and it is getting worst and worst.
What do you recommend me? To use higher compression or surgery! Thank you very much
