Recommend Treatment For Wrist Pain

my mother is 70 and all of the sudden her wrist has started hurting. she is in so much pain right now and her doctor can't see her, i think she needs to go to urgent care but she won't go. she has not fallen down or nothing that would make since that it would hurt. she makes jewelry for a local jeweler with pearls everyday.
