my 3yr old daughter weighs only 9kgs. she s smaller than the other kids. she s not a poor eater. but not gaining weight unlike other kids her age. she also can t talk, but can speak like (Bye, daddy, and sounds like words only, but she s an active playing, is she suffering from something that really need medical attention or therapy.

It is possible that no problem may be present but she needs to be assessed by a doctor.
Her weight is low and bloods may be needed to make sure this is not due to any medical issues. A full blood count, thyroid test , stool tests as well, may be needed.
A speech therapist assessment may also be suggested by her doctor.
