Recovering From Cough, Had Temperature, Cracking Noise In Throat And Chest. What Does This Mean?
Hi. I m recovering from this huge cough that i had for about two weeks. Last week i was even ill in bed and with temperature. I Don t have a cold is just the cough really. But since Friday i started noticing this creacking noises either out of my throat or chest, i cannot be sure. It gets worse especially after i cough. I feel that my breathing seems a times a bit laboured and i feel this pain in my externum .
Since you have only a cough with different intensity and your infection as such is better you have nothing to worry about as cough is a symptom which is usually the first to come and the last to go.
You can however help yourself in faster recovery by: 1. Taking warm fluids 2. Avoid anything cold, spicy and oily 3. Proper diet at regular interval 4. Do not strain when you speak and never let your throat to become dry and also do not frequently clear your throat
take care and get well soon but if the symptoms persist and you are getting worse they consult an ENT as soon as possible
