Recurred Dizzy Spells With Palpitations, Sweating After Smoking. Is This Concerning?
Hi, Im not a heavy smoker, just 2 or 3 at night. after eating a Chinese meal the other night I went outside for a cigarette with a friend and all of a sudden I had a funny turn, I went dizzy had palpatations and needed to sit down, I was sweating and went pale, this lasted for about 10 mins until I cooled down . this has happened a couple of times before, should I be worried?

the symptoms you r having suggest that you r having syncopal attacks to know the actual cause you need to go fir a physician consultation or if they are occuring regularly and your ecg is normal you can go for a holter monitoring may be of helpful
