Recurrent Itchy Rash On Wrists And Calves, Discomfort. Have Stress

I have a rash that comes and goes and sometimes last for days. It at first seems like small blisters. They feel kind of like a sunburn from the inside and itch uncontrollably at times. I break out mostly on my wrists and the calves of my legs. It has gone up my arms and on my elbows. This time my neck and the v of my chest. Very uncomfortable. This has been going on, off and on for nine years. I'm 60 now and didn't go through menopause until age 57. I have had lots of stress these past few years.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H C.M. Forum.
Since 9 years passed ,so reasons may be,
Scabies,
dermatitis,
eczema.
Consult a Dermatologist and skin biopsy will reveal the exact cause of itching.
Blood examination will find out ,if any eosinophilia .
Good luck.
