Recurring Acne On Face. Taken Clindimycine, Tabocine. No Relief. Treatment?

Hi Dr. Prasad, I am suffering from acne, i tried clindimycin, tabocine, and a lot of gel and creams, but it seems no effect. It will dry up and become black but after few more days it looks, become bigger and red again pimple zits is alive and itchy. It shows on the left and right side of my face.They told me that it was an acne vulgaris . Please help me, wht will be the best remedy or treatment for this?

hi acne vulgaris is commonly called as pimples .they are due to inflammation of pilsosebaseous ducts.seen mostly in adolescene.it presents as comdomes.papules,pustules ,nodules and cysts.treatment is according to grade of acne.the best remedy is application of clear gel in the morning and epiduo in the night for short contact therapy.once they are subsided go for kojic cream for treating pigmentation.for scars use contractabex cream for icepick scars and peels and laser therapy for boxcar or deep scars
