Recurring Breakouts, Small Blackhead, Dryness, Using Tretinoin. Can I Switch To Renova?

hello, I am a 21 year old female and my dermatologist perscribed me the tretinoin cream 0.05%. I wash my face in the morning and put on olay, oil free spf 30 moisturizer and at night i do the same routine then wait 30 minutes and apply the tretinoin. When i first started using the medication my skin got really worse, which i expected. then it started clearing up a little bit. then it seems like the break outs are moving back and forth from cheek to cheek and now i have small blackheads on forehead and chin . also, my skin is extremely dry. I have been using this medication for about 8 months now, also following all the directions on how to use it properly. i don t think it is helping much. I have an o.c.d habit with picking/popping my pimples so i do have scars. I need something to work for me!! do you think i should switch to the Renova, a topical gel, or another medication?

Hello, thank you for using health care magic,
acne are problem of oily skin, your skin is becoming dry because of tretinoin cream..instead of applying tretinoin topically switch to its oral tablets.. use clindamycin gel and benzylperoxide gel on face.. take tablet doxycycline 100mg once a day for a month ..
also you need to change your diet.. avoid fatty ,oily and spicy food.. take more food rich in vitamin A..
and please stop touching your pimplies.. for scars of pimple you can go under chemical peeling.. it will remove your old skin and helps in growing new healthy skin..

no application of toxic sops shampoo and oils and body application materials
non oily non greesy and non fatty foods
tretinoic acid is tory oil and it reacts with light so always apply at night and switch off light
