Recurring Dry Cough. Had Sinus Congestion, Cough Month Ago. Anything To Worry?
I went to Kerala, India for a month in July. During my stay I got a terrible cold (initial fever, sinus congestion for 2 weeks, and racking cough for about 2 weeks). I believe I contracted this illness from my infant niece on the airplane, not for being in India. I likely had a sinus infection as well, but did not seek antibiotics and it cleared up eventually. However, I have been back home in the USA for a month and have a recurring dry cough that seems to be getting worse in the past few days. Perhaps this is just a new cold? Any possibilities that are more dangerous?
