Recurring Flakes Forming On Skin Of Nose, Between Eyebrows, Redness After Peeling. Permanent Cure?
The skin on my nose and between my eyebrows cracks/flakes and then I can take a tweezers and peel off the skin in large pieces. It does not burn nor is the layer I peel off deep enough to even cause redness. It is pretty constant. However, I can sometimes go days and the skin on my nose is normal and without any cracking peeling, Then suddenly, it starts again

From the description it seems, you could be having seborrheic dermatitis.
It is a type of eczema leading to itchy red scaly rashes over eye lids, in between eyebrows, nasolabial folds, behind ears and may involve scalp too with greasy scales.
Treatment involves application of a mild steroid cream like hydrocortisone for few days over affected area.
