Recurring Nausea, Diarrhea, Ear And Neck Pain. Celiac Disease Under Control. Cause?

I have been suffering from nausea, sickness, diarea and ear ache and neck pain on and off since Christmas l can be well for a couple if days then with out warning l feel sick and it starts again. I have ceoliac's which is controlled and lm very careful so don't think lm getting any contaminated food. I also never feel hungry and feel very tired all the time.

when you go for eliminaton of food accordingto ests our symptomps will decrease
and ultimately you wll be free of disease
