Recurring Pain In Head Behind Ear, Feels Like Swelling. Any Ideas?

I have this pain in my head that I have been getting on and off for quite a while now. Its at the bottom right side of my skull behind my ear. Its kind of hard to explain but I think or it feels like there's swelling and I get this pain and almost like a tightness. What is around this area that I might have to be concerned about. It keeps happening, starting to worry me.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to the platform of Health care magic,

As you have narrated your symptoms. It appears to be that you are having some neck musclular spasm. Which is causing pain and spasm off and on.

You need to check your blood pressure .
Take some muscle relaxant medicine sos.
Take the help of physiotherapist in learning neck exercises. Which may help you in long term.

Hope the query is answered.

Thanks
