Oncologist, Surgical 's  Response
Dear Ma'am,

Sorry to hear problem. According to your description, it looks like you have a sebaceous cyst in your axilla, which is getting infected repeatedly. This is an infection of the hair follicle and has a course which you have described. The best treatment is to get it excised. This procedure can be done under local anaesthesia and will take only 30 mins or so and has minimal complications.
This would cure the problem completely.

Hoping for the best.

Cardiologist Dr. Anantharamakrishnan's  Response
Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

There is a condition in that area called Hidradenitis suppurativa – affecting the sweat glands or sebaceous glands there. / Or it may be a cyst, sinus or lymph node/ an extension of breast tissue, called axillary tail...
Deodorants and perfumes could irritate...
Examination by general surgeon or dermatologist will solve the issue – excision may be necessary...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
