Hi, Welcome to healthcare Magic! The red patches on penis head can be due to fungal infection, dermatitis or allergic reaction to smagma secretion of the glands. You should keep the local area clean and dry. Use cotton undergarments to ensure ventilated and humidity free environment. Also get a local swab and urine sample for Gram stain and culture report. Revisit a local physician with the reports to decide on the treatment. I hope the advise would be informative and useful for you. Take Care!
