Recurring Sinus Infection, Pain In Head, Eyes, Ears. Suggestions?

I've been sick for a few months with a sinus infection that keeps coming back. I snorted ice twice while I had it and after I was in a lot more pain. My head and eyes have the worst pain and my ear has shooting pains non stop. Since I did the ice, it hasn't stopped, even when it was long out of my system, what could this mean?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
Chronic sinusitis does not go away easily,,you are managing it very wrongly, never ever apply ice or any cold material in case of sinusitis this thing will aggravate the symptoms and can worse the condition,, now you start drinking more water (Not cold), try saline nasal drops, take steam inhalation trice or four times in day, for pain you can have Acetaminophen+ Ibuprofen, you will get much relief, have good day.
