Recurring Sore Reddish Pink Spots On Tongue. Remedy?

For the past year I have had recurring reddish-pink spots appearing on my tongue, and sometime they get sore. I'm wondering what these things are, and how do I get them to go away. At first I thought they were there because I haven't had enough vitamins or something, so I incressed my fruit and vitamin intake, but they still come back.

Hi
These spots could be due to because of candidiasis, lichen planus or may be recurrent aphthous ulcers.
Treatment will depend on the diagnosis. And in your case we need to examine the area to diagnose the condition.
I know i havent cleared your doubts regarding remedy but suggesting remedy for each and every possible causes will only create more anxiety.
So would suggest ti visit a dermatologist to get it diagnosed and appropriately treated.
