Red And Swollen Foreskin, Itching, Painful. Applying Canesten. How To Get Rid Of This?

I have noticed that my foreskin is red and a little swollen. Its itchy and a little painfull. Its been occuring for 3 weeks. I keep applying canesten which has clotrimazole in it and that works for a short while but then tje redness and itching comes back. It doesnt hurt to pull foreskin back. What is it and how can i get rid of it.

Hi,
It seems that there might be having some infection on glans due to not cleaning smegma under the foreskin.
Due to deposition of smegma local infection is likely.
Continue applying anti fungal and apply antibiotic cream as well.
Go for short antibiotic medicine course after consulting your doctor.
Keep your local hygiene clean and dry.
Make a habit of cleaning smegma averting foreskin daily while taking bath.
