Red And Swollen Penis, Burning Sensation. Masturbated In A Different Manner. Treatment?

It's pretty embarrassing but I was masterbating a little differently this time and instead of stroking the penis I slightly went up and down my penis head and made a kinda loose but gripping approach to my penis and after I got done ejaculating it burned on one side of my penis and is now red and feels swollen and burns a little. How can I treat this?

Hi,
It seems that trying doing some different play with penis, there might be some injury to urethra and some penile tissue damage, resulting soreness and swelling.
Give rest to penis for few days.
Go for antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine course after showing your doctor.
