Red Blood Vessels Seen In The White Of Eyes After Swimming In Salt Water. Does This Need Attention?
My 12 year old daughter went swimming in the neighborhood pool. The pool is a salt water pool however she now has bright red blood vessels present in the whites of her eyes. She states it burns and I have done artificial tears systane twice since we got home. Should I majorly concerned or keep doing what I'm doing while monitoring this? Thanks!
Hi, It seems that due to excessive chlorine in pool water might have given this problem. Nothing to worry, clean his eyes with fresh water splashing. You may put antibiotic, anti allergic eye drops 3-4 times a day in both the eyes. Ok and take care.
