Red Blotchy Spots On Penis, White Spots Around Rim, Tear On Part Where Banjo String Is Connected. Reason?

The head of my penis has red blotchy spots on it and on the rim has some white spots around it. I am uncircimcised and some white spots are appearing on my foreskin as well. I have been having unprotected sex for about a month now. Also the part where my "banjo string" is connected to my skin has a tear on it. Could that be the reason for the red and white spots? Also, Is there a way I can email you a picture of it?

Hi,
It seems that you might be having some infection on glans due to collecting smegma under fore skin not doing cleaning properly.
There is another possibility of having infection due to cut on frenulum.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
With one course of antibiotic you will be alright.
Apply local antibiotic cream after proper cleaning.
Ok andtake care.
