Red Bruising In The Form Of Spider Web. What It Can Be ?

I m not sure what s going on, 1-2 weeks before my period (this month,Feb) I started experiencing breast pain (the same kind I had in Sept 2010, had a mammogram & ultra sound.turn out good) that feels like it s coming out my back/ shoulder blade & collar bone . This morning I wake up to light reddish spider web type bruising on the same breast.my arm feels numb, tingly & stiff when I m using it (I m a hair stylist) I am a 41 yr old black woman whose so afraid.I don t have insurance and don t know what to do! I m thinking the worse, but trying to stay positive. HELP!
