Red Bump On Upper Left Side Of Belly, Swelling, Tingling Sensation. What Could Be This?

i have a red bump on the upper left side of my belly. it looked like a pimple, but after a couple of days, it had no eye, but the swelling got a little bigger and now I am in pain in the area. i don't scratch it, it doesn't get itchy in the area. but when i do rub it, the pain tingles. could you help me out. i can't afford to go to the doctor at the moment. could you tell me what i could do at the moment.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having ingrown hair follicle infection now resulting forming abscess.
Consult your doctor and with one course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine you will be alright.
