Red Bumps On Back, After Scratching It Goes Away, Turns In Black Spots. What Could Be This?

Hello Doctor. I am trying to figure out why I have these Red bumps on my back. I receive them ever week.
I guess after I scratch them and they go away and turn into black spots weeks later. I happen to be looking I was on line one day with my 15 yr old daughter and was showing her stds and came across early symptoms of HIV with how the back had looked then I got scared for myself.I need to know what is this on my back?

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic
The bumps which you have could be body acne(pimples) or a folliculitis caused by yeast called Pityrosporum folliculitis. After inflammation subsides no matter what the skin lesion is it leaves behind a post inflammatory pigmentation. This pigmentation becomes worse if you handle it or scratch it. I would advice you to see a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis. It is unlikely to be HIV related.
Hope this helped
Take care
