Red Bumps On Face, Itchy, Painful, White Heads. Applying Creams And Face Washes. Cause Of Bumps?

i have alot of acne on my face but i dont think its acne. its red bumos on my face and they are itchy and hurt alot and some white heads on my face as well. i drink water and fruits and wash my face only with dove. i've tried facewashes and creams and nothing works. now i have scars and i have bumps all over my face and my skin colour has changed drastically. its alot more darker now. what is the cause of all these bumps ?

acne is due to oily skin and not dry you should use the products which keep skin dry not oily
application of dove make skin oily
no use of toxic and oily soaps shampoo creams ointments body application materials like face wash hena dyes etc
eat non oily non greesy and non fatty and non spicy foods
lot of warm water
if the acne increases take course of minocycline 50 mg od for 7 days
if you can stop milk and diary for 3 months
apply clindamycin gel bd
clamine od and tretinoic acid gel at night
switch light off after the gel application as it reacts with light
do for 3 months will be benefitted for all signs and symptomps
