Red Bumps On Side Of Penis About Width Of Eraser, Possible Little Discharge. History Of Not Being Sexually Active For A Month. Due To Masturbation?

I am a man and haven't received unprotected oral in over a month and haven't had vaginal sex in maybe 6 months or more, always use a condom for that. I have a red bump on the other side of my glands penis it's about the width of a pencil eraser. I can't really tell if it has any discharge it might have a little in the middle. I do masturbate frequently using more than twice a day. Would like to know what this is, I would think it has to do more with my masturbating or something other than an STD given that I havent done anything in well over a month

yes sometimes red bumps on the side of penis can occur due to rough masterbating.or it can be due to balanitis as there is no active sexual life std s are ruled out.it can be herpes progenitalis whatever etiology might be use a antibiotic and antibiotic cream over it
