General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your friend probably has an allergic or contact Dermatitis. She would benefit from anti-histamines like Zyrtec 10 mg at night for a few days. On the red bumps, she may also apply calamine lotion to soothen it twice daily. She should bath in lukewarm water. If the lesion does not subside in a week’s time, please take her to the Dermatologist.

Hope this helps you.

Regards,
