Red Bumps Under Armpits, On And Off Itching, Burning When Scratched, Emitting Clear Liquid Followed By Pain. Have Keratosis Pilaris, Eczema. Suggest

For a few years now, I've had these red bumps under my armpits below where I shave. They're in the area where my bra rests under my arm. These bumps are only under my arms, nowhere else. I have sensitive skin, Keratosis Pilaris and eczema, but the bumps under my arms do not resemble these conditions. I do not smoke, drink alcohol, or do drugs. The only family history issues I have are related to the heart and cholesterol. I shower every day with moisturizing body washes.

These bumps are approximately 5 mm in diameter. They itch every once in a while and when I scratch them, it burns. Old bumps will go away, but new ones come back. When popped, they emit a clear liquid and are painful for hours afterward. They get itchier when I'm under stress. Please help!
