Red Circles Around Anus, Occasional Itching. Regular Anal Sex, Not Having STI. Suggestions?
I have a few red circles probably a bit smaller in diameter than a dime around my anus. they occasionally itch, but there's no excruciating pain. I regularly have anal sex with my boyfriend (without protection because we are exclusive), but this is the first time something like this has happened. Also, he was just recently tested for STIs and he has none.

From history it seems that you might be having some yeast infection in anal region.
Apply anti-fungal cream locally.
Keep local hygiene clean and dry.
Avoid anal sex for few days.
