Hi there. If your histroy stands as it is, it is very possible that you have aquired some infection. As to whether it is herpes or not is difficult to say as even herpes gets better with an antifungal cream like monostat at times..however not likely. The foul smelling urine et al suggests perhaps a gardnella infection & or a mixed infection. I suggest a urine routine analysis & a serum Ig/IgM test for herpes to put your mind at rest. Plenty of oral fluids & an appropriate antibiotic course should see both you & your boyfriend through. If as you say, that your b/f is the only one you have ever had sexual contact with, then it is possible, he has been the carrier here..again only speculating & dont mean to cast aspersions on your relationship.
