Red Looking Dots Underneath The Skin On The Right Side Of My Scrotum .

I was looking at my scrotum ealier. I notice 4 tiny red looking dots underneath the skin on the right side of my scrotum...it seems to look like blood clots....and the veins around it much darker red than others. is this something to be conserned about?

I also notice that when I apply pressure, the red spots get lighter color and fill back up with blood immediatly. Its as if blood is accumulating in tiny spots along the vein.
