Red Lower Lips Since Childhood

my lips turned red on lower lips since I was litle, now i am 34 years old but i need my lips to have normal colour wha product can i use?

Thanks for choosing HCM.,
Red coloured lower lips since chilhood..,
due to Melanin disturbances...
it is called LEUCODERMA...
1) Tab Levamisole 150 mg ....weekly once for 3 weeks.,
2) Mementosome cream application on lower lips...,
3) 8-MOP tablets...alterrnatively morning 9 AM ...,
after 2 hrs exposure to sun for 3 mts
after application of cream...,
4) Avoid citrus fruits...,
