Red Painful Lump On Penile Shaft, Sore And Hurts. Safe To Use Bactroban?

Afternoon, I have a red painful lump of my penile sharft a couple of months ago I was trimming my public hair and I ended up cutting my penis, it then turned into a pimple and my doctor poped it for me, the last couple of days it got big again so I poped it myself and now it's sore and the lump hurts when it touchs my underwear or when the lump get touched at all. I have bactroban is that safe to use on it, there's no more puss in it but when I tried to pop it yesterday cause there was alittle in there it was very painful

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having non healing wound on penis .
Go for one antibiotic medicines foe 5-7 days.
Go for proper dressing with proper dressing preferably done by doctor.
Merely applying antibiotic cream will not be much helpful.
