Red Palms, Occasional Itching. Normal Blood Tests. Cause?

I have red palms. This begun about 1 1/2 years ago and has spread to both hands. My urine is clear, I have no pain. I do itch at time especially on my forearms and lower legs but also my scalp and face, especially around my eyebrows. I have had blood tests that showed no liver problems. What could be causing these problems?

Hello.Red palms can be caused by contact with a substance that you are allergic.Itchy in face and around the eyebrows, seborrheic dermatitis is a possible diagnosis. In my opinion Ebastine 10 mg twice a day + Hydrocortisone cream applied twice a day can be used for treating your skin problems. It is recommend that you be seen by a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis and prescription of the cited drugs.I wish you good health.
