Red Patches On Legs Including Ankles, Has Swelling. What Does It Indicate?
my boyfriend is 41 yrs old in the last 4 months he has developed red circular patches around both lower leg areas, no pain or itching, ankles do get swollen at times, I've worked with a vascular surgeon before but I do not recall seeing anything like this,. He spokes alot , he does have a good pulse in both legs, What is your advise?

Your boyfriend's problem can be due to a variety of things. There is possibility of a kind of allergy, viral infection or some autoimmune conditions like Vasculitis etc. The problems on skin are little difficult to guess unless seen directly and examined.
