Red Patches On Penis, Burning, Using Vitamin E Oil, Pawpaw Cream, Jojoba Oil And Rosehip Oil, Yet No Result. Yeast Infection?

I seem to have given myself a type of friction burn on the bottom and top of my penis, just below the head, around three months ago. Originally the skin would heal over around three days. However i had sex around a weak later, before the skin was 100% healed and it tore off again. Continuous sex and erections while sleeping at night kept causing the skin to rip. Now i am very worried because the skin wont heal over like it used to. The area is simply very red. The skin feels week thin and inelastic. When erect the skin looks very tight and lots of tiny red veins are visible in the areas affected. These veins make up the red patches when the penis is flaccid. To treat it i am currently using vitamin E oil, Pawpaw cream, Jojoba oil and rosehip oil with minimal results. I am now beginning to wonder if my condition has turned into a type of infection (such as a yeast infection) due which explains why it wont heal.

Any help would be incredible
thankyou

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having friction burn as you told.
There might be possibilty of having fungal infection as well.
Avoid using various creams you mentioned.
Apply triple acting cream.
Avoid sex for few days till healing.
If require go for short antibiotic medicine course as there is likely of having bacterial infection as well.
Keep local part clean and dry.
Ok and take care.
