Red Penile Shaft, Burning Sensation, Negative STD Test. Will Hydro-cortisone Gel Help?

Hi. my penis shaft is red and irritated underneath it sort of burns. i think it may be a skin irritation and want to try using hydrocortisone gel. i tried peroxide and it made it feel a little better. what should i do? also my fiance is pregnant and she has had her test done up to 13 weeks which includes and STD test. nothing came back positive so I am certain that is not the issue here.

Thanks for query,
The peroxide reacts on your penile skin cause irritation.
Peroxide when used with out dilution cause irritation of skin.
Wait for few days till the irritated skin expels.
Apply any soothing lotion.
Take mild anti inflammatory medicine.
