Red Pimples On Forehead. Is There Any Solution To Them?

hi sir there are red pimples on my forehead they are seen too much red can there is any solution to term them down quickly because i have an interview in 2 days..i have suggested about using many products but they are not affective i only wanted that they appear least when i attend interview please suggest anyway sir.........

Hi red pimples on the forehead can be acne vulgaris.it can be due to excessive dandruff it can be cured by minocycline 100 mg od for 15 days and application of retinioc acid over the lesions at night can cure it.use of scalpe lotion weekly twice can cure the condition
