Red, Pin Prick Dots On Body. Skin Issue Or Bed Bug Bites?

Hi, I was concerned I had bed bugs for awhile, although I have never seen a bed bug in my bed or any signs of them. Lately I've been having red, pin prick dots on my body, just a few, mostly on my chest, thigh, or upper arm. Wondering if this is a skin issue or bed bug bites that aren't reacting (or if that's even something that would look like.)

NO for sure this not the bug bites or insect bites it may be some allergic skin reaction just wait and watch it will go away, if does not way then you need to be examined clinically but I am sure this will go away, no need to worry have nice day.
