Red Rash And Pimple Like Substance In Forearm Which Is Swelling. What Is The Cure?

I have a small pimple like thing on my left forearm that has been swealing for a few days now, and a red rash that is spreading from it. Spider bite maybe? What should I put on it since it's been a few days now? I don't have insurance so seeing a doctor would be last resort.

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic,
It could be a boil, which is a bacterial infection of hair follicle. You can keep warm compresses over it three times a day. You may apply an antibiotic ointment like neosporin thrice a day after the warm compress.
Hope this helped,
Take care.
