Red Rash Around Mouth Healing, Rash Around Knees Itchy

My 22 month toddler woke up with a rash around her mouth yesterday morning, she doesn t have a fever and is eating. It seems to be healing and not spreading, but this morning she woke up with a rash on her knees. Differnt rash, it s itchy and it s a lot of little bumps. The rash around her mouth is very red and bigger more like spots. She s definitely uncomfortable but I can t seem to soothe her or pinpoint the issue.

viral exanthem. Just apply calamine and give Zyrtec 5mg/5ml, 2.5 ml once daily. if it spreads use calamine to other areas too
